1- This form is intended for the registration of case data, and registration in this form is not considered an acceptance of the application.
2- Please check the accuracy in entering the data and in case the entered data does not match the documents, the application will be rejected
3- The cases will be sorted by the program and communicate with the outstanding cases only.
4- Data registration is available for residents of Dubai, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.
5- The form can be filled in directly by the applicant, noting that the association does not have a contract with any of the printing offices.
6- The need to complete all the required documents in the link in order, put them in one pdf file and attach them at the end of the form (please click on the link to find out the required documents)
7- Maximum PDF file size should not exceed 10MB.
