A bouquet of accomplishments for Al Ber Male project in 2019

Abdulaziz Al Kamali, Director of the Male Students Branch in Al Ber Project for Memorizing the Holy Qur’an at the Dar Al Ber Society, said: The Quranic project achieved a number of accomplishments, and launched a package of initiatives and events, during the past year 2019, most notably of which was the awarding of the gold category in the annual evaluation of the Islamic affairs and charitable work Department in Dubai, and two students from the project won two places in Sheikha Hind competition.
Al-Kamali pointed out that 174 students had been enrolled in the memorization of the Qur’an project during the past year, including 18 students who succeeded in memorizing the Book of God, the Exalted, the Majestic, in full, and organizing 6 memorization seminars, which included the opening of a new course of “licenses”, for students who memorized the entire Quran and who desired. In addition, the Society has launched 4 memorization courses, among them the intense exceptional summer session, which reached 144 students.
Al-Kamali has added that the project has participated ,during 2019, in various Quranic prizes which are: Alsheikha hind Bint Maktoom competition, Rashed Bin Muhammad most beautiful recitation, the General Authority of Islamic affairs and endowment (Awqaf) prize in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah competition for memorization centers and Ajman competition. The project students have succeeded during this year in memorizing 368.9 parts of Quran, however, the project has revived 19 activities and initiatives , including the annual ceremony for its students which included honoring 46 students according to the levels plan, pointing out that the Quranic project provides its students with the transportation, snacks and recreational games hall for free.
