Dar Al Ber Society has launched this morning series of great charitable humanitarian initiatives, accompanied by urgent relief campaign from which thousands of needy and poor will benefit, under the slogan of “proceed providing good deeds” to collect a huge proceeds of donations of up to 100 million dirhams, to support the needy people in the UAE and the poor around the world, in light of the harsh conditions, which the world is currently facing.
From the land of “the benevolent Zayed”
The Society, which has completed 40 years of the work in the charitable and humanitarian field in UAE and the world, has assure that it launches its humanitarian initiatives from the land of " the benevolent Zayed ". It aims to support and provide the needs for the needy categories, which embodies the highest values of solidarity and human brotherhood, offered by the UAE to the world.
Hands extended with donation
Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al-Falasi, Executive Director of "Dar Al Ber", during a press conference held by "Dar Al Ber" (remotely), yesterday morning, stated that (proceed providing good deeds) are initiatives that extend their hands to every needy, compelled and patient, on a humanitarian basis which is " be assured because you are among your family. You are dear and honorable one, and we will provide you with everything you need to cross together the unprecedented historical curve."

Al-Falasi pointed out that “ Proceed providing good deeds “ include 13 sub-humanitarian initiatives, which provide support and assistance to all who are entitled, which are health initiatives, and ensure the provision of equipment and tools for personal protection from the new Corona virus ( COVID 19 ), masks, gloves, protective clothing and glasses, which have become very important, and support 200 people of determination, the treatment of patients, the initiatives of the chaste families, which are divided into the initiative to provide the food basket for two thousands of families for a period of five months, and the monthly sponsorships for three thousand poor families for a period of eight months, and to pay rent fees for the two thousand poor families, pay tuition fees for two thousand students and pay electricity and water bills for two thousand families and a special hub to sponsor one thousand orphan families, and pay off the debts of 500 debtors who can’t pay their dues.
He further clarified that the list of initiatives includes the initiatives of individuals and consist of two areas, providing meals for four thousand people and helping one thousand stranded people due to the current conditions, propagation initiatives and Quran memorization which include supporting the Dar Al Ber project for remote memorization and support of remotely propagation activities .


Zakat on money and ongoing alms
A series of initiatives of “ proceed providing good deeds “ , according to Al-Falasi, opens the door to allocating zakat money and ongoing alms to provide the needs of those in need who currently at homes in compliance with the state’s instructions and preventive measures in the current exceptional circumstances that are facing the world.
