Dar Al Ber Society affirmed that the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, (may Allah have mercy on him) gave throughout his life a great and continuous gift to Dubai and the UAE, until Dubai became during his reign to be known as a place of greatness.

He remains forever installed in the memory of this dear nation, an exceptional and historical national leader with a vision that the world witnessed, one that preceded his time and went beyond the surrounding circumstances.

He launched creative projects that looked at the future with insightful vision, to lead Dubai to the future and to steer Dubai to its blossoming present state and to reach its status as one of the metropolises and finest cities of the world.
