Eng. Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouei - Chairman of Dar Al Ber Society, on the occasion of the ‘International Day for Tolerance,’ affirmed that the UAE has established itself on the map of the contemporary world as a state of tolerance, love, peace and coexistence and the homeland of humanitarian work. Based on its values and concepts of human equality, moderation and spreading happiness among all people, without discrimination on the basis of religion, color, ethnic or cultural identity.
For his part, Mohammed Suhail Al Muhairi, Executive Director of Dar Al Ber Society, said that the approach of our country, the vision and directives of our wise leadership, the culture of our authentic Emirati people, and their values and cultural, popular and civilizational legacies, all contribute to promoting and strengthening the culture of tolerance. This has made the UAE firmly establish the value of tolerance in this great country, spread it and support it in the region and the world.
The name of our country has become synonymous with this cultural, ethical, human value, adding that Dar Al Ber Society seeks to convert the value of tolerance into sustainable institutional work through humanitarian and charitable projects and initiatives launched by the Society. Thousands of people benefit from it at home and abroad, and it embodies the importance of the values of tolerance and its positive impact on society, and the strengthening of the leading global role of the UAE.
