Eng. Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dar Al Ber, said that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has gained a high position among world leaders in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, due to the continuous humanitarian giving and the developmental achievements he has achieved.
