The Mohammed bin Rashid International Center for Endowment and Endowment Consultation, which falls under the umbrella of the Department of Endowments and Minor Affairs in Dubai, granted Dar Al Ber Society the ‘Dubai Endowment Mark’, which is granted by the specialized center to government and private institutions that have sustainable community initiatives and contributions, based on the concept of ‘innovative endowment.’ It was given in appreciation of the Society's humanitarian and community initiatives in this vital field.

Dar Al Ber currently owns and manages 26 endowment projects, in 3 emirates, 12 of them in Dubai, 4 in Ajman, and 10 in Ras Al Khaimah, while the total revenue of charitable endowment projects belonging to the Society during the year 2020 amounted to 2,465.407 million dirhams. .

Ali Muhammad Al-Mutawa, Secretary-General of the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai, handed the certificate of the ‘Dubai Endowment Mark’ to Dr. Mohammed Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO and Managing Director of the Society, at the headquarters of the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai.

The center presents the ‘Dubai Endowment Mark’ to public and private sector institutions as a form of appreciation for government and private institutions, which have sustainable societal contributions, based on the innovative endowment concept.

Dr. Mohammed Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO of Dar Al Ber, said that the Society will launch more qualitative and distinguished community, charitable and humanitarian initiatives, and endowment projects in particular, as an implementation of the vision of the wise leadership, in light of a well-established national community partnership and cooperation with many government and private agencies and community institutions and society, towards promoting sustainability and community development throughout the country.

A Long history
Al Muhairi pointed out that the Dar Al Ber Society obtaining the ‘Dubai Endowment Mark’ reflects a long, continuous and uninterrupted history of giving in the charitable and humanitarian work sector, in the UAE and the world, and is an indication of the Society's achievements and successes over more than 42 years in the charitable endowment field.

The CEO of Dar Al Ber stressed that obtaining the ‘Dubai Endowment Mark’ enhances the confidence of donors and benefactors in the Society even more so in light of its possession of an official certificate from a specialized government agency in the field of innovative charitable endowments and its investment for the benefit of charitable and humanitarian work, calling on philanthropists and donors to contribute to supporting endowment projects at the Society.
