Dar Al Ber Society confirmed that granting Golden Visa residency to pioneers of humanitarian work in the UAE constitutes a badge of honor and pride for the charitable sector in the country and represents a strong impetus to continue such work, achievements and tireless efforts in the service of humanity, under the umbrella of our country and within the framework of the vision and directives of our wise leadership.
Eng. Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dar Al Ber Society, said that the UAE has given charitable and humanitarian work a distinguished position, throughout its young history, as the vital sector has enjoyed a prominent position locally, regionally and internationally, and has been crowned with huge global achievements registered in the name of the Emirates, most notably that the country is ranked first in the world for the amount of foreign aid relative to the volume of income, and the good international reputation in the field of charitable work and the provision of aid and successive relief campaigns to the poor, needy and afflicted and to regions and less developed countries.
Dr. Muhammad Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO and Managing Director of Dar Al Ber, pointed out that the International Humanitarian Day strongly evokes the achievements of the UAE in the fields of charitable and humanitarian work, and brings back to memory the gains of its specialized sector, which were achieved on the ground over the course of the past years, and embodied the appreciation to the policy of our country and the vision of our leadership.
