Islamic Affairs Dubai awards the Islamic Information Center, Dar Al Ber the 'Pioneering Islamic Institution' Award

The Islamic Information Center of the Dar Al Ber Society was awarded the 'Pioneering Islamic Institution' award, within the framework of the 16th session of the Internal Excellence Award, which is granted annually by the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai, in return for the distinguished services and qualitative and outstanding efforts provided by the center over the last 28 years for the benefit of the local community and the communities in general residing in the UAE.
His Excellency Hamad Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, Director General of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, handed Dr.Muhammad Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO and Managing Director of Dar Al Ber Society, the 'Pioneering Islamic Institution' category award, during the award ceremony for the categories of the new version of the award for the year 2021 at the Department’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of Rashid Al Junaibi, Director of the Islamic Information Center and Faraj Al Kathiri, Deputy Director of the Center and officials, personalities and stakeholders.
Dr. Muhammad Al-Muhairi said: The center, which is affiliated with the Dar Al Ber Society, is specialized in inviting people to Allah and Islam with wisdom and goodness. It was founded in 1993, on the method of moderation and balance while working to spread the tolerance, Islamic culture and established principles of the Islamic religion, promoting tolerance and consolidating the civilized message of Islam. Inviting to the true religion, within the framework of state policy and the directives and approach of our wise leadership.
Rashid Al-Junaibi, Director of the Islamic Information Center, pointed out that the center has accomplished a series of achievements, gains and awards over the course of its 28 years, explaining that one of the most important responsibilities of the center is caring for and embracing new converts and raising their awareness of the values of Islam, based on tolerance and moderation, within the framework of programs that are specialized in care and support. Noting that the center's headquarters is located in Dubai, Al Hudaibah, with another branch of the center in Al Quoz area in Dubai and a branch in Ras Al Khaimah.
