Dar Al Ber Society has implemented a new humanitarian initiative from a series of initiatives it launched over the past years, to end the suffering of prisoners in the penal and correctional institutions in the country, who are imprisoned on financial and debt cases, to return them to their families and children and ensure their return to a normal life .

Dr. Muhammad Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO and Managing Director of the Dar Al Ber Society, explained that 6 prisoners who defaulted in paying their debts benefited from the new version of 'Prisoner’s Anguish', in cooperation and coordination with the Punitive and Correctional Institution in the Ajman Police General Headquarters, at a total cost of 1,108,404 million dirhams.

Al Muhairi affirmed that Dar Al Ber continues its qualitative and vital community charitable initiatives, amid great success over the past years, with positive reactions and highly successful social effects, thanks to the support and donations of philanthropists and donors from the Society's clients.

He pointed out that the initiative stems from the Society’s philosophy and its firm, serious and committed approach to charitable and humanitarian work and its effective vision in community development and sustainability. As well as its concepts based on helping the needy and making people happy in general, in compliance with the values and teachings of the religion of Islam, the state policy and the directives of our wise leadership, and the society, traditions and the love of the people of the UAE to do good deeds and charity and to help the poor and afflicted.

Dar Al Ber presented a cheque for the amount owed by the six prisoners to the Ajman Police, in the presence of Lt. Col. Muhammad Mubarak Al Ghufli, Director of the Punitive and Correctional Institution in the Emirate's Police, while the Society was represented by Faisal Al Sahrawi, Director of the Customer Service Center in the Society's branch in Ajman.
