The Dar Al Ber Society has provided great support to the educational sector, and to students, citizens and residents in the country over the past five years, from 2017 to 2021, at a total cost of over 82 million dirhams.
Dar Al Ber confirmed that 12,379 students benefited from the Society's support for students and the educational sector in the UAE.

Dr. Muhammad Suhail Al Muhairi, CEO and Managing Director of Dar Al Ber Society, stated that the generous spending of the Society in the education sector within the country, over the past years, reflects the Society's deep and firm belief in the value of knowledge in progress, development, prosperity and to join the civilizational race of knowledge around the world. As well as its role in integrated development and sustainability, which is what the UAE seeks to implement and consolidate in its various sectors, and it is also what the wise leadership urges us to do, on the way to achieve excellence and global leadership.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Muhairi explained that the year 2017 witnessed the provision of 19,890,607 million dirhams in support of students of various nationalities in this vital field of great value and importance, while 3,337 students benefited from the support of the Society during the same year, and Dar Al Ber allocated in 2018 support for education with a value of 16 million dirhams of which 2,317 students, and over 17 million dirhams during the year 2019, from which 2,697 students benefited, compared to 12,688.695 million dirhams in 2020, when 1,961 students benefited, and 16,235,222 million dirhams during the past year 2021, which 2,061 students benefited from.

The CEO of Dar Al Ber stressed that the Society will continue its serious policy of supporting students both UAE nationals as well as different nationalities within the country, and supporting educational projects, adopting and launching them in many countries around the world through projects that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and the eradication of ignorance and illiteracy, such as building schools and orphanages, launching projects to sponsor students and building classrooms in many countries of the world.

In a related context, Ajman University, in the words of Abdullah El-Shazly, Executive Director, Director of the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs, expressed its thanks, appreciation and gratitude to Dar Al Ber for its continuous generous support to the university and its students, stressing that the Society fulfills its obligations with the values of effective social and national responsibility. At the same time, it plays a vital and important role in supporting the academic educational sector in the UAE.

On his part, Dr. Jalal Hatem, Director General of Umm Al Quwain University, referred to the integrative relationship between Umm Al Quwain University and the Dar Al Ber Society, represented by the Needy Families Committee, within the framework of a well-established strategic community partnership, serving the academic educational sector, and supporting university students, which the Committee has committed to since the establishment of the university. This represents a model for the national community partnership between civil society institutions in the country, pointing out that the efforts of the committee and the Society as a whole reflect the broad developmental role of the UAE's charitable and humanitarian work institutions, which goes beyond the traditional role of charitable institutions, and provides a broader concept of charitable work.

Dr. Al Muhairi appealed to donors, philanthropists, businessmen, private sector companies and various institutions to take the initiative to support students from families with low incomes, to ensure their right to education so that they can build their future, and enable them to help themselves and their families towards creating a good generation, armed with science, knowledge and modern and technological skills. Specifically, in supporting the UAE's efforts in the educational sector.
