Dar Al Ber Society sponsored 128 needy students, registered with private charitable schools, by paying their financial dues. Dar Al Ber explained that the total value provided to pay the tuition fees owed by the students, of both genders, amounted to 574,437 AED.

The provision of support and the delivery of the amount was at the Society's headquarters, and attended by Yousef Al Yateem, Assistant CEO of the Zakat and Community Development Sector at Dar Al Ber, Dr. Maher Hattab, General Director of National Charity Schools, and several officials on both sides.

Yousef Al Yateem stressed that Dar Al Ber places supporting and strengthening the education sector in the country as one of its top priorities, and believes that supporting students and their parents is one of its basic religious, societal and national duties and that the Society is committed to this over the past five decades, in its approach, vision and plans of action.

Al Yateem pointed out the great and continuous support that Dar Al Ber allocates annually to the educational sector in the UAE, with a budget estimated at millions of dirhams, which covers many schools, universities and colleges, so that the Society is truly considered a friend to students and an effective partner for a number of the nation’s schools and higher education institutions, within the framework and the affirmed belief in the great and pivotal value that knowledge plays in development, progress, sustainability and prosperity.
