Dar Al Ber Society has officially become the first charitable organization to join the "Jahiz" training platform, marking a significant step in enhancing the future skills of its employees. The announcement was made today, Thursday, as part of the organization’s commitment to providing advanced interactive courses and workshops through the "Jahiz" platform.
The integration into "Jahiz" is set to benefit more than 200 employees and collaborators at Dar Al Ber, furthering the Society’s objective to elevate the skill levels and expertise of its workforce. This move is expected to improve the quality of services and work processes within the Society, ensuring the continuous provision of top-tier community services.
"Jahiz," a comprehensive governmental initiative, aims to equip federal government talents and competencies with the skills required for the future. As the largest digital platform of its kind, it offers a broad range of recorded courses and live interactive masterclasses, developed in partnership with leading local and international organizations. The platform's mission is to prepare government talent for the challenges of tomorrow while contributing to the advancement of government operations and boosting the UAE’s global competitiveness.
Mohammed Suhail Al Mehairi, CEO and Managing Director of Dar Al Ber Society, expressed his pride in being the first charitable organization to join "Jahiz.
