Dar Al Ber Society (DABS) has organised an intensive training workshop for its customer care staff to develop their awareness and enhance their expertise.
The training is also aimed to update the DABS employees on the latest projects of the association to provide the best service possible to the public, according to a senior official here.
Abdulkarim Jaafar, PD manager, said the two-week workshop saw the participation of all employees of the Projects Department (PD). “The course is part of the department plan to ensure incessant development of its staffers.”
The programme is also meant to ease internal direct customers’ access to the information needed, he added. “The scheme will also help achieve the positive results aspired.”
Indicating, Jaafar said the workshop has significantly provided the customer care staffers with all the information due on the latest projects of Dar Al Ber Society. “This will help them provide the best service possible to DABS customers.”
Jaafar noted that all the DABS staffers are in constant and effective communication “to meet the set objectives and strategic plan of Dar Al Ber Society.”
