pastingDubai, UAE: Dar Al Ber Society (DABS) has participated in the Bahrain Orphans International Conference run by the humanitarian funds foundation of the Islamic cooperation organisation.

The DABS delegation, led by the manager of the orphans and families sponsorship department Hussain Al Balochi, included Ahmed Ali Murad, HR manager, and Mohammed AL Basher, deputy manager of the orphans and families sponsorship department.

The annual event spotlighted the most relevant issues worldwide and discussed them academically, socially, economically, and educationally, according to Al Balochi.

“The two-day event, which concluded on Monday, featured the best practices, models and innovative solutions for taking care of the orphans and their families at the time of crises and disasters.”

The DABS delegation has effectively participated in the discussions and shed light on the UAE wide-range charity achievements locally and around the globe that have high-ranked the country worldwide in terms of foreign aids.

Al Balochi added that the three-workshop conference, themed: ‘Data and Trends During Crises and Disasters’ underscored the innovative techniques needed to best take care of the orphans at this critical time.

“The professional and voluntary practices and projects aspired for the orphans and their families, particularly at the time of crises and disasters have further been talked over.”

Dar Al Ber is so keen to participate in such charity conferences and forums locally and abroad to exchange information and expertise with concerned entities and boost philanthropic projects, he pointed out.

“Such important functions help bolster relief campaigns for the benefit of the poor, deprived, low-income and disaster-hit people locally, regionally and worldwide,” he said. “This is in line with the directives of the prudent leadership.”
