Dubai, UAE – Dar Al Ber Society has marked the UAE Flag Day with an array of activities at its headquarters on the Sheikh Zayed road in Dubai, and at all its branches across the country.
The national, humanitarian, charitable and community activities organised were meant to boost the UAE national values, affirm loyalty to the prudent leadership, and reflect the value of the flag as a symbol of the country dignity in people’s souls and hearts.
The activities held spanned the UAE flag hoisting ceremony at the Society headquarters on the Sheikh Zayed road in the presence of Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouie, Chairman of Dar Al Ber, and a number of officials and staffers.
Also present were about 20 students of the Al Ahmadiya School in Dubai who participated in the activities, chanted the national anthem, and distributed the UAE flags to the audience.
A delegation from the Society then paid a visit to the patient children and old people at the Prime hospital where they distributed the UAE flags and sweets to them to mark the auspicious occasion. The delegation was received by Dr. Othman Al Bakri, Executive Director of Prime Hospitals.
Further flags were also gifted to many people, passersby and entities to share the happy moment and reaffirm love, loyalty and devotion to the country and prudent leadership.
