Dar Al Ber organises 90 lectures in Dubai’s Mosques in 2017

DUBAI, The Research and Studies Department of Dar Al Ber Society organised 90 lectures at mosques across the Emirate of Dubai throughout the year 2017. The presentation, conducted in association with the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities, IACAD, tackled various Islamic, cultural and public awareness issues.
Mohamed Suhail Al Mihairi, Head of the Social Services Sector at the society, said that the charitable organization also published 260 copies of the Holy Quran, in both Arabic and Urdu, and organised 4 courses, two inside the UAE and one in Thailand and one in the Philippines. We also produced 40 videos and posts, prepared by the society different departments, on our social media accounts, he said.
Hisham Al Zahrani, Deputy Head of the Social Services Sector, said that Researches and Studies Department issued 7 university and cultural books and manuscripts and published 10 books. The department also distributed in 2017 many copies of 30 scientific and university books that tackle various religious and social issues.
